Madagascar, 75% cocoa, single origin bar

Bonnat creates this light and fruity dark chocolate with fine flavour cocoa beans from Madagascar. Notes of green grapes and even a hint of roasted coffee. Very refreshing finish with no astringency or bitter aftertaste. Possibly the lightest single origin chocolate amongst the Bonnat collection.

Valrhona - The first single estate dark chocolate by Valrhona. Created from the fine flavour Trinitario cocoa beans from a single years harvest at the San Juan Estate (Gran Couva plantation), found on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. This 2005 vintage chocolate provides predominant flavours of roasted almonds and hazelnuts with slight notes of spice. Very little tart fruits, unlike the Ampamakia vintage, and much less sweet than the Palmira vintage bar.

Un-branded - Sugar coated, mini heart dragees with a dark chocolate centre instead of the traditional almond. Ideal for wedding favours, Valentine's day, table decoration, corporate events and promotions. Approximately 400 hearts per 500g gift bag.
