Madagascar, 75% cocoa, single origin bar

Bonnat creates this light and fruity dark chocolate with fine flavour cocoa beans from Madagascar. Notes of green grapes and even a hint of roasted coffee. Very refreshing finish with no astringency or bitter aftertaste. Possibly the lightest single origin chocolate amongst the Bonnat collection.

Bonnat - Created from the prized Criollo bean from Venezuela, producing an equisite dark chocolate that is well balanced and full flavoured. Arguably the finest of the Bonnat single origin chocolate bars. This chocolate provides a complex range of fruits and floral notes with a warmth and depth of fine cocoa.
