Valrhona - A smooth and mild mannered milk chocolate with added malt. The standard 32% cocoa content provides an easy eating milk chocolate with a creamy texture and light finish.

Mazet - Grilled Almonds, caramelised in sugar, with a crisp toffee sweet shell. This is a true praline, not the chocolate variety but the original French praline. First created in 1603 in France and just as addictive as ever. The taste can be described as being similar to popcorn but with much more flavour and texture. Presented in an attractive tin reflecting the Mazet tradition for speciality confectionery.
