Valrhona - The first single estate dark chocolate by Valrhona. Created from the fine flavour Trinitario cocoa beans from a single years harvest at the San Juan Estate (Gran Couva plantation), found on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. This 2005 vintage chocolate provides predominant flavours of roasted almonds and hazelnuts with slight notes of spice. Very little tart fruits, unlike the Ampamakia vintage, and much less sweet than the Palmira vintage bar.

Chocolate Trading Company - Just released! An initial beautiful aroma of balsamic and plum. On tasting the dark red fruits become more prominent with additional notes of blackcurrant with a slight sharpness and sweetness to match. A very buttery smooth mouth feel with great length in taste, finishing with a deep cocoa flavour and satisfying chocolate hit.
