The highest cocoa content of the Michel Cluizel single origin dark chocolate bars at 70%. This fine chocolate has a reduced amount of tart, fruit flavours with more emphasis on deep cocoa, earthy flavours with notes of liquorice. Made exclusively from fine cocoa beans from the Tamarina plantation on the island of Sao Tome. One of six single origin chocolate bars created by Michel Cluizel.
