Valrhona - The first single estate dark chocolate by Valrhona. Created from the fine flavour Trinitario cocoa beans from a single years harvest at the San Juan Estate (Gran Couva plantation), found on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. This 2005 vintage chocolate provides predominant flavours of roasted almonds and hazelnuts with slight notes of spice. Very little tart fruits, unlike the Ampamakia vintage, and much less sweet than the Palmira vintage bar.

Michel Cluizel - The highest cocoa content of the Michel Cluizel single origin dark chocolate bars at 70%. This fine chocolate has a reduced amount of tart, fruit flavours with more emphasis on deep cocoa, earthy flavours with notes of liquorice. Made exclusively from fine cocoa beans from the Tamarina plantation on the island of Sao Tome. One of six single origin chocolate bars created by Michel Cluizel.
